Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Haseena Travels. By booking or using our travel services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Haseena Travels ("we", "us", "our") and customers who book or use our travel services. By making a booking with Haseena Travels — via phone, WhatsApp, website, or in person — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation from Haseena Travels.
  • Bookings can be made through our official channels. A confirmed booking will include trip details such as vehicle type, driver information, pick-up time and estimated charges.
  • Please ensure accuracy of booking information (names, dates, pickup & drop locations, contact numbers). We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments in cash, bank transfer, and UPI, unless otherwise agreed.
  • For certain long-distance trips and package tours an advance payment may be required to secure the booking.
  • Any balance must be settled before or at the end of the trip unless alternate arrangements are agreed in writing.
  • Fares are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for refund of any advance less applicable processing charges.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture of advance payments.
  • If Haseena Travels must cancel due to unavoidable circumstances (vehicle breakdown, severe weather, road closures), we will notify you and offer alternative arrangements or a refund where appropriate.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items carried during the trip.
  • Passengers must comply with the driver’s instructions and follow safety guidelines at all times.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be charged to that passenger.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or engaging in illegal activities inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

6. Service Limitations

Travel times and routes are subject to road, weather, and traffic conditions. Haseena Travels is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or roadblocks.

7. Liability & Insurance

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe travel, Haseena Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability for direct loss or damage shall be limited to the fare paid for the affected booking, except where otherwise required by law.

8. Force Majeure

Haseena Travels will not be held responsible for failure to perform any obligation where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, pandemics, civil unrest, government orders, extreme weather, or road closures). In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and offer alternatives where possible.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
